When we ship our products, we ask our customer to carefully inspect the shipment for any damage.
Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. If merchandise is defective or damaged upon receipt please contact us
immediately after your package arrives for a return authorization claim number. All claims MUST be made within 3 days of receipt of order.
1) Returned products must be in absolutely new and unused condition with original packaging intact
2) We do not provide refund, we just replace the defective items
3) We offer no warranty
We encourage you to feel comfortable using your credit card to conduct commerce on our site. If you wish, you may also pay us using a Money Order, or a personal or certified check. Personal checks will delay your order as we must wait for your funds to clear before we ship any merchandise.
Please allow an additional 7-10 business days for shipping of your merchandise. Add another few days if paid by personal check.
